Terms of use
Updated 5 September 2026
In short: the service is free, works without sign-up, and your data stays on your device. We help you understand yourself and each other — we don't replace a doctor.
What uniheart is
- A free service for couples: a cycle calendar for her and one gentle hint a day for her partner.
- No accounts, no sign-up, no paid plans — just open the site.
- By using the service you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use it.
This is not medicine
- uniheart is not a medical device, not contraception and not a diagnostic tool.
- The next period is an estimate based on what you entered, not a prediction. We don't predict pain either.
- Hints about wellbeing, exercise and food are general guidance, not personal prescriptions.
- None of it replaces a doctor. If something worries you, see a doctor rather than an app.
Your data and backups
- Everything you enter is stored in the browser on your device. Details are on the Privacy page.
- Clearing site data, switching browsers or deleting the installed app will remove your records.
- We can't restore them: we have no copy. That's why the app can export a backup file — please make one yourself.
The partner link
- The link carries everything inside itself and doesn't point at our server. That's why it works indefinitely and we can't revoke it — whoever has it, keeps it.
- It is also visible to the messenger you send it through, and to anyone it gets forwarded to. Send it only to someone you trust.
What we don't promise
- The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of the hints.
- We may change or remove features and, if needed, suspend or shut the service down.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from using the service or being unable to use it.
- Decisions about your health, and about how to support your partner, remain yours.
Changes to these terms
- The terms may be updated — the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
- Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.
